Alanje is a corregimiento in Alanje District, Chiriquí Province, Panama. It is the seat of Alanje District.[1] It has a land area of 21.4sqkm and had a population of 2,406, giving it a population density of 112.3PD/sqkm.[1] Its population as of 1990 was 2,348; its population as of 2000 was 2,703.[1]
