Alamo Heights High School is a public high school located in the city of Alamo Heights, Texas and classified as a 5A school by the University Interscholastic League. Alamo Heights is the only high school in the Alamo Heights Independent School District. During 20222023, Alamo Heights High School had an enrollment of 1,606 students and a student to teacher ratio of 13.37.
