Agapa Explained
Agapa (Russian: Ага́па) is an Old Church Slavonic[1] and rare Russian female first name.[2] It is derived from the Greek word agapē, meaning love.
The diminutives of "Agapa" are Aga (Russian: А́га) and Gapa (Russian: Га́па).
"Agapa" may also be a diminutive of the female name Agapiya.[3]
