Aethes tesserana explained
Aethes tesserana is a moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in most of Europe, the Near East[1] and northern Iran.[2]
The wingspan is 12–. Adults are on wing from May to August.[3]
The larvae feed on the roots of Picris and Hieracium species.
