Adhi Kot is a village and one of the 51 Union Councils (administrative subdivisions) of Khushab District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan.[1] [2]
History
The Adhi Kot meteorite landed in the area on 1 May 1919.[3] [4] The meteorite, known as the Adhi Kot stone, fell at at 12PM, 15miles north of station Nurpur, Shahpur District (the area was part of the Shahpur District during British Rule).[5]
