Actinocatenispora Explained
Actinocatenispora is a genus in the phylum Actinomycetota (Bacteria).
Etymology
The name Actinocatenispora derives from Greek noun (Greek, Ancient (to 1453);: ἀκτίς, ἀκτῖνος), a beam, ray; Latin noun Latin: catena, chain; Greek feminine gender noun (Greek, Ancient (to 1453);: σπορά), seed, and in biology a spore; resulting in Neo-Latin feminine gender noun Actinocatenispora, spore chain-producing ray (fungus).
Phylogeny
The currently accepted taxonomy is based on the List of Prokaryotic names with Standing in Nomenclature (LPSN) [4] and National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).[5]
