Acrocercops phaeomorpha is a moth of the family Gracillariidae, known from Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Bihar, India. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1919.[1] The hostplant for the species is Madhuca indica, and Madhuca latifolia.
