Acid is a 2023 Indian Malayalam-language crime thriller film written and directed by Gokul K.[2] [3] The film was produced by Stella Thomas under the banner of Moonglade Films.[4] The film features Madhav Chandran, Tomin Thomas and Iloosh Thattari.[5]
Ruhana, who braves an acid attack on her face and overcomes this tragedy through her determination and grit. She faces society head-on with unflinching eyes and an unbreakable will, burning only her face and not her dreams.
The music and film score is composed by Navneet.[3]
Film started streaming on the Malayalam OTT platform Highrich OTT from 5 October 2023.[6] Film is now also available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 12 August 2022.[1] Film's Hindi dub rights bagged by Ultra Media & Entertainment[7] while Thanthi TV bagged the Tamil rights.[8]
