ALVAC-CEA vaccine explained
ALVAC-CEA vaccine is a cancer vaccine containing a canary pox virus (ALVAC) combined with the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) human gene.[1]
A phase I trial in 118 patients showed safety in humans.[2]
