The 2025 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II comprises two international ice hockey tournaments of the 2025 Women's Ice Hockey World Championships organised by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF).[1]

Group A will be held in Bytom, Poland from 7 to 13 April and Group B will be held in Dunedin, New Zealand, from 14 to 20 April 2025.
