The 2025 Hampshire County Council election is due to take place on 1 May 2025 to elect members to Hampshire County Council in Hampshire, England.[1] All 53 seats will be elected. This will be on the same day as other local elections.

Background

At the 2021 election, the Conservatives won a majority of seats.[2] In May 2024, Nick Adams-King became the new council leader.[3] This was amid a public consultation on cuts worth £132m from the council budget by April 2025.[4]
