Trades

On November 4, 2024, the Tigers traded pitcher Devin Sweet to the Philadelphia Phillies for cash considerations.^[1]

Releases

On November 6, 2024, minor league catchers Anthony Bemboom and Tomás Nido along with infielder Drew Maggi and outfielders Bligh Madris, Óscar Mercado and Ryan Vilade elected free agency.^[2]
On November 6, 2024, minor league pitchers Miguel Díaz, Garrett Hill, Bryan Sammons and Andrew Vasquez elected free agency.
On November 19, 2024, the Tigers designated minor league infielder Eddys Leonard and pitchers Ricky Vanasco and Brendan White for assignment.^[3] All three were not tendered a contract by the Tigers three days later.^[4]
On November 22, 2024, the Tigers did not tender a contract to minor league pitcher Wilmer Flores .
On December 3, 2024, Ryan Vilade signed a minor league contract with the St. Louis Cardinals.^[5]

Signings

On November 9, 2024, the Tigers resigned infielder Bligh Madris to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.^[6]
On November 17, 2024, the Tigers signed outfielder Jahmai Jones to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.^[7]
On November 19, 2024, the Tigers purchased the contracts of pitchers Chase Lee, Tyler Mattison and Tyler Owens. Mattison was selected by the Tigers in the 4th round of the 2021 MLB draft, while Lee and Owens were acquired at the 2024 trade deadline in separate trades.
On November 22, 2024, the Tigers claimed pitcher Bailey Horn off waivers from the Boston Red Sox.
On November 26, 2024, the Tigers resigned pitcher Ricky Vanasco to a minor league contract.^[8]
