Twenty-one teams will play for seven spots in the 2026 qualifying round, in the round-robin format (7 groups of 3 teams).

These twenty-one teams are:

• Fourteen losing teams from the qualifying round, in April 2025
• Seven winning teams from their Group I zone

Seven winners will advance to the 2026 qualifying round while losers will contest in their respective regional Group I event in 2026.
