Ben Shelton defeated the defending champion Frances Tiafoe[1] in the final, 7–5, 4–6, 6–3 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships. It was his second career ATP Tour title, and his first on clay. Shelton became the youngest player to win the tournament since Andy Roddick in 2002.

The second round match between Aleksandar Kovacevic and Jordan Thompson was the longest recorded match in the tournament's history lasting 3 hours and 34 minutes, with two tiebreaks in the last two sets.[2] [3]
