Zheng Qinwen defeated Sofia Kenin in the final, 7–6^(7–5), 6–3 to win the singles title at the 2024 Toray Pan Pacific Open.^[1] It was her fifth WTA Tour singles title and second WTA 500 title.

Veronika Kudermetova was the defending champion,^[2] but lost in the first round to Viktoriya Tomova.^[3]
