The Southland Conference Coaches Poll was released on February 2, 2024. Southeastern Louisiana was picked to finish second in the Southland Conference with 114 overall votes and two first place votes.[1]
Lexi Johnson, Bailey Krolczyk, and Audrey Greely were named to the conference preseason first team. Cam Goodman and Ka'Lyn Watson were named to the conference preseason second team.[1]
