Katie Boulter defeated Marta Kostyuk in the final, 5–7, 6–2, 6–2 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 San Diego Open. It was her second WTA Tour title.

Barbora Krejčíková was the reigning champion,^[1] but chose not to compete this year.
