2024 Prague Open – Singles Explained

Magda Linette won the singles title at the 2024 Prague Open, defeating Magdalena Fręch in the final, 6–2, 6–1 to win her third career WTA Tour title.[1] It was the first all-Polish final on the WTA Tour in the Open Era.[2]

Nao Hibino was the reigning champion,[3] but did not participate this year. Laura Samson became the first player born in 2008 or later to win a WTA Tour main-draw match when she defeated Tara Würth in the first round.[4]
