An Act to Restore the Former State of Maine Flag

On November 5, 2024 a legislatively-referred state statute, the Maine State Flag Referendum, will go before voters in the US state of Maine, formally known as Question 5. If enacted, it will change the official state flag from the current version, first enacted in 1909, to a variation of the 1901 flag.[1]
