The 2024 MSG Prime Minister's Cup will be held from 9–21 December.[1] The Solomon Islands will host the competition, with matches being played in Honiara[2] at the Lawson Tama Stadium.[3]

The Solomon Islands is the defending champion after winning the 2023 edition of the tournament.[4] The 2022 and first ever edition of the tournament after its re-establishment was won by Papua New Guinea.

Format

The six competing teams are divided into two groups. A total of 10 matches will be played on five matchdays.
