Although Guam will not participate in the 2024 presidential election because it is a U.S. territory and not a state, it participated in the presidential primaries and caucuses.

Democratic caucus

The 2024 Guam Democratic presidential caucuses were held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, as part of the Democratic Party primaries.[1] 12 delegates to the Democratic National Convention were allocated to presidential candidates.[2] Incumbent president Joe Biden is running for re-election for a second term, and officially clinched the Democratic nomination on March 12.[3] Biden won the caucus,[4] which elected individuals to serve as delegates.[1]

Republican caucus

The 2024 Guam Republican presidential caucuses were held on Saturday, March 16, 2024, as part of the Republican Party primaries. The Republican Party of Guam officially convened for their party convention to allocate all nine of the territory's delegates to former president Donald Trump, who became the presumptive nominee after clinching the majority of delegates on March 12. The party also conducted a non-binding straw poll between Trump and Nikki Haley, the former governor of South Carolina, who had withdrawn from the race on March 6. Trump won 100% of the straw poll vote.[6]

Delegates

At the territorial convention, members of the party elected the following nine individuals to represent Guam at the 2024 Republican National Convention:
