Asia Muhammad and Erin Routliffe defeated Leylah Fernandez and Yulia Putintseva in the final, 3–6, 6–1, [10–4] to win the women's doubles tennis title at the 2024 Cincinnati Masters. They saved a match point en route to the title, in the quarterfinals against Demi Schuurs and Luisa Stefani.[1]
Alycia Parks and Taylor Townsend were the defending champions,[2] but Parks did not participate this year. Townsend partnered Kateřina Siniaková, but they lost to Fernandez and Putintseva in the quarterfinals.
Routliffe retained the WTA No. 1 doubles ranking after Siniaková lost in the quarterfinals.
The top four seeds received a bye into the second round.
