The 2024–25 Ukrainian Women's Cup is the 31st season of Ukrainian knockout competitions among women teams.
Twelve teams of the Ukrainian Women's Football Championship are contesting the main trophy: 11 representing the Higher League (Vyshcha Liha) and 1 representing the First League (Persha Liha).[1]
The draw for this round was held on 20 August 2024.
Vorskla Poltava, Kolos Kovalivka, Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih, and Metalist 1925 Kharkiv all received bye.
