The 2024–25 Sheffield Shield season will be the 123nd of the Australian inter-state domestic first-class cricket competition. Cricket Australia revealed the season fixtures in July of 2024.[1] The season will start on 7 October 2024 and is scheduled to finish on 29 March 2025.Western Australia the defending champions.[2] [3]
