On July 12, 2024, the Steelers' 2024 first-round 1st draft pick was traded to Taipei Fubon Braves in exchange for Chen Fan Po-Yen, 2024 first-round draft pick and 2024 second-round draft pick.[1] The third-rounder Wang Che-Yu decided not to sign.[2]
