The 2023 UTSA Roadrunners football team represented the University of Texas at San Antonio as a member of American Athletic Conference (The American or AAC) during the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They were led by fourth-year head coach Jeff Traylor. The Roadrunners played their home games at the Alamodome in San Antonio. This was their inaugural season as a member of the American Athletic Conference.

UTSA and The American announced the 2023 football schedule on February 21, 2023.[7] On March 13 the game between UTSA and Army was moved from Saturday September 16 to Friday September 15.[8]
