Andrey Rublev defeated Casper Ruud in the final, 7–6^(7–3), 6–0, to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2023 Swedish Open.^[1]

Francisco Cerúndolo was the defending champion,^[2] but lost in the semifinals to Rublev.
