Leylah Fernandez defeated Kateřina Siniaková in the final, 3–6, 6–4, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Hong Kong Tennis Open.

Dayana Yastremska was the defending champion from when the tournament was last held in 2018,[1] but lost to Mirra Andreeva in the first round.[2]
