The 2023 FIBA Under-16 Americas Championship was the men's international basketball competition that was held in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, from 5 to 11 June 2023.[1] The top four teams qualified for the 2024 FIBA Under-17 Basketball World Cup in Turkey.

The United States won their eighth straight title, after defeating Canada in the final, 118–36.[2]
