2023 Asian Athletics Championships – Women's 400 metres explained

The women's 400 metres event at the 2023 Asian Athletics Championships was held on 12 and 13 July.[1]

In April 2024, it was revealed that silver medallist Fairda Soliyeva of Uzbekistan failed a test for meldonium, disqualifying her from the competition.[2]
