Pre-season and friendlies

On 9 June, Norwich announced three pre-season friendlies, against Barnet, King's Lynn Town and 1. FC Kaiserslautern.^[70] A fourth was confirmed four days later, versus Darmstadt 98.^[71] On June 28, the club revealed a trip to Netherlands for a friendly against AZ.^[72] A further two matches, against Toulouse and Oympiacos was later confirmed.^[73]

Norwich City finished 6th in the regular season and were drawn against Leeds United.

FA Cup
