Previous season

The Broncos finished the 2022–23 season 12–17, 7–11 in MAC play to finish in a four-way tie for seventh place.^[1] Due to tiebreakers, they failed to qualify for the MAC tournament, as only the top eight teams qualify.^{[2] [3]}
