The 2023–24 San Diego Toreros women's basketball team represents the University of San Diego in the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Toreros, led by nineteenth year head coach Cindy Fisher. They play their home games at Jenny Craig Pavilion and are members of the West Coast Conference.
The Toreros finished the 2022–23 season 19–14, 11–7 in WCC play to finish in third place. As the No. 3 seed in the WCC tournament, they lost in the quarterfinals to Pacific. They were invited to the WNIT where they defeated Long Beach State in round 1, UC Irvine in round 2 before losing to Oregon in the super 16 to end their season.
