The 2023–24 Merrimack Warriors women's basketball team represents Merrimack College during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.
This is the Warriors final season in the NEC. On October 25, 2023, Merrimack and the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference jointly announced that the university would join that conference on July 1, 2024.[1]
