The 2023–24 Holy Cross Crusaders women's basketball team represented the College of the Holy Cross during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Crusaders, led by fourth-year head coach Maureen Magarity, played their home games at the Hart Center in Worcester, Massachusetts and were members of the Patriot League. They finished the season 21–13, 11–7 in Patriot League play, to finish in first place.[1]
The Crusaders finished the 2022–23 season 24–8, 13–5 in Patriot League play, to finish in second place.[2] As a No. 2 seed in the Patriot women's tournament they defeated American in the quarterfinals,[3] Lehigh in the semifinals[4] and Boston University in the championship game.[5] They received an automatic to the NCAA women's tournament where they lost in the first round to Maryland.[6] [7]
