The mixed 4 × 400 metres relay at the 2022 World Athletics Championships was held at the Hayward Field in Eugene on 15 July 2022.[1]
The winning margin was 0.08 seconds which as of 2024 is the only time this mixed relay was won by less than two seconds at these championships.
