The 2022–23 Old Dominion Monarchs women's basketball team represented Old Dominion University during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Monarchs, led by third-year head coach DeLisha Milton-Jones, played their home games at the Chartway Arena as members of the Sun Belt Conference.
