2017 OEC Kaohsiung explained

The 2017 OEC Kaohsiung was a professional tennis tournament played on hard courts. It was the sixth edition of the tournament which was part of the 2017 ATP Challenger Tour. It took place in Kaohsiung, Taiwan between 2 and 8 October 2017.^[1]
