The European Tour 2013/2014 – Event 5 (also known as the 2013 Ruhr Open) was a professional minor-ranking snooker tournament that took place between 3–6 October 2013 at the RWE-Sporthalle in Mülheim, Germany.[1]
Mark Allen won his fifth professional title by defeating Ding Junhui 4–1 in the final.[2]
