The 2010 Hong Kong Women's Sevens was the 13th edition of the tournament and was held on the 26th and 27 March.[1] The women's competition was held at the Hong Kong Football Club on 26 March, with the Cup final played at the Hong Kong Stadium on the 27th.

The Aussie Amazons claimed the Cup title after defeating China in the final.[2]
