The 2010 ARFU Women's Sevens Championship is the eleventh edition of the tournament and was held from 24 to 25 July 2010 at Guangzhou, China.[1] [2] Thirteen teams competed in the competition. China won their third title after defeating Kazakhstan in the Cup final.
