Elena Dementieva defeated Serena Williams in the final, 5–7, 6–1, 6–1 to win the women's singles tennis title at the 2007 Kremlin Cup.[1]

Anna Chakvetadze was the defending champion, but lost in the second round to Dinara Safina.
