The 2003 Tunis Four Nations Tournament was an international friendly football tournament held in Radès, Tunisia, between 27 and 30 March 2003 at the 7 November Stadium,[1] organized by the Tunisian Football Federation, with the participation of four teams: Cameroon, Ghana, Madagascar and Tunisia.[2] Tunisia won the tournament after defeating Cameroon in the final.[3]
