The 2003–04 WOAA Senior League season was the 14th season of the WOAA Senior AA Hockey League.[1] The league played a regular season schedule which began in October 2003 and concluded in January 2004. The post-season began in January 2004 and concluded in April 2004.

The Durham Thundercats won the Sr. "AA" championship, defeating the Clinton Radars in five games. The Georgian Bay River Rats won the Sr. "A" championship.[2]
