2002–03 Rugby Union County Championship Explained
The 2002–03 Tetley's Bitter Rugby Union County Championship was the 103rd edition of England's County Championship rugby union club competition.[1] [2]
Lancashire won their 17th title after defeating Gloucestershire in the final.[3]
