The 1999 Clásica de San Sebastián was the 19th edition of the Clásica de San Sebastián cycle race and was held on 7 August 1999. The race started and finished in San Sebastián. ^[2] The race was won by Francesco Casagrande of the Vini Caldirola team.^[3]
