The 1993 Individual Speedway Junior World Championship was the 17th edition of the World motorcycle speedway Under-21 Championships.^{[1] [2] [3]}

The final was won by Joe Screen of England after he defeated Mikael Karlsson in a run-off for the title.^{[4] [5] [6]}
