Kieuk (character: ; Korean: 키읔|'''kieuk''') is a consonant of the Korean Hangul alphabet. The Unicode for ㅋ is U+314B. It is pronounced aspirated, as pronounced as /[{{IPA link|k}}{{IPA link|ʰ}}]/ at the beginning of a syllable and as pronounced as /link/ at the end of a syllable. For example: 코 ko ("nose") is pronounced [k<sup>h</sup>o], while 부엌 bueok ("kitchen") is pronounced [puʌk].[1] [2] [3]
