Braille pattern dots-12 explained

The Braille pattern dots-12 is a 6-dot or 8-dot braille cell with the top two left dots raised. It is represented by the Unicode code point U+2803, and in Braille ASCII with "B".

Unified Braille

In unified international braille, the braille pattern dots-12 is used to represent a voiced bilabial plosive, i.e. /b/, and is otherwise assigned as needed. It is also used for the number 2.[1]
