Chini (letter) explained

Chini (asomtavruli, nuskhuri, mkhedruli ჩ, mtavruli Ჩ) is the 29th letter of the three Georgian scripts.[1]

In the system of Georgian numerals it has a value of 1000.[2]

Chini commonly represents the voiceless postalveolar affricate pronounced as //tʃ//, like the pronunciation of in "chance".
